Shipping Policy
Prints are made to order and will be Dispatched from Aberdeen, Scotland, within 10 working days from order. Prints are shipped in biodegradable film sleeves inside a cardbacked envelope or tube. By default, no packing slips are included. If you’d like one included – please contact [email protected] after placing your order.
UK Shipping
Packages under 1 lb will be shipped via Royal Mail which can take up to 8 days to arrive depending on your location (please keep in mind this time frame is based on when you receive the shipping notification, not the order confirmation). If you’re in a pinch and need your item ASAP then please contact me and we can try and figure out expedited shipping.
International Shipping
Items re shipped via Royal Mail International Standard (untracked) and Royal Mail International Tracked and usually taking 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please note some countries have a slower customs process and packages could take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

Customs
You may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim your parcel. This will be dealt with by your country’s customs office. Many countries do not charge custom fees until an order is over a certain threshold, so this will not apply to everyone. If your order has not arrived, then it may be being held at your local customs office. Please contact them and pay the customs fee to receive your order. JauntyArt is not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.
Please note if you send a gift through us to an EU country the recipient will have to pay duty and charges, gifts sent from one private individual to another private individual are often duty free.
